Unable to find valid license on ps5 after 19 Nov 2024 update

It would be nice to get an update on if they’re gonna fix it or not

Im just adding another post to this thread hoping someone acknowledges it. Grinding 300 is tedious enough without losing playtime, especially during an event.

Another user…been periodically trying to login over the last 3hrs and the same error persists (PS5). My friend playing on his PC was able to play though which I was surprised about.

For anyone still trying to figure it out, I followed the steps in this thread of disconnecting my ps account from the “connection” list and then reenabling it…no go. I wasted my time so you didn’t have to. This is definitely frustrating. Can’t wait for POE2.

A little communication would go a long way Blizzard. Most people are understanding and know sh’t happens, but no communication is pretty crap.

Same here - dont bother uninstalling, restoring the license, restarting or changing passwords. No difference still cant access the game. How has this not been resolved yet?

Same issue happening to me on PS5. Tried reinstalling and that didn’t help. I have not seen a comment from Blizzard on a hotfix. I really wish Blizzard cared more about D4. GGG puts Blizzard to shame and it’s overwhelmingly apparent that GGG cares more about giving the fans a great experience. They pushed back POE2 open access to address issue so the players don’t encounter them. Blizzard NEEDS to do better. This is absolutely unacceptable. As someone who has paid for the base game, VoH and multiple micro transactions, this is a slap in the face. I just can’t comprehend how Blizzard doesn’t catch these issues prior to the patch going live. It happens every patch. Spiritborn is a prime example. How did you not catch these interactions that were not intended? Dog y’all have been working on the expansion for a year? And you get in a 30min pointless campfire and laugh it off? Blizzard is really turning into an incoherent company full of people who only care about making what they want instead of giving the fans a great experience.

Was able to finally login on my ps5… sharing in hopes it helps other people and they can login.

Logged in on Xbox now

Finally able to login. Maybe a hotfix went out. Blizzard please be better.

If you are lucky enough to live with someone who has a working account, signing into Diablo on their box did fix the account for me.

  1. Signed out of my xbox.
  2. Signed into partners Xbox and logged into Diablo using partners account, it worked fine.
  3. Connected 2nd controller to 2nd xbox, and logged in with my account.
  4. Signed partner out of game, then logged in with my newly added account. It loads fine.
  5. Signed out of partners xbox and then I was able to log into Diablo on my xbox.

12 hours later I can finally use my game again. And not so much as an apology from Blizzard. I guess you’d have to admit fault to apologize though wouldn’t you?

I would much rather all gaming companirs spend hours worth of wasted time comforting everyone on the thousands of forums and complaint posts instead of focusing their effort on fixing the issue…

It would just help for me and my fellow snowflakes to feel better if they would pat us on the head instead of working on the issues \wtaf kids… It’s okay your toy will work soon enough

Mine magically started working again after blizz replied to my case saying I could reach out to player base or forums for support or follow the trouble shooting guide. Would have been nice to see they take responsibility for the failure as it was perfectly playable before i updated and only did so I could trade.

I’m still waiting for cosmetics from buying Voh,still locked. Lol,its been a week.
