Unable to find valid license on ps5 after 19 Nov 2024 update

After my ps5 installed the latest update on 19 Nov 2024 i began getti g the Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV code 315306 error.

Ive tried using battlenet login and reconnecring playstation service, downlowding a different game from ps, and even purchasing some diablo currency (all suggestions on variis forums). So far nothing has worked

I am also getting this. I’m trying to reinstall the game. Does anyone know if that works?

Awesome…. I was hoping to play for a couple hours before the wife and kids got home. It’s always something with this game.

Well ive uninstalled and am reinstalling the game. The license issue does not appear to be happening if i stresm the game so possibly a bad update

Same on Xbox, unable to find a valid license for my account but someone else can login on the same Xbox and it works for them.

Having same issue. Did not have a problem with my new Xbox only on the older console. Girlfriend and I both play. She has the Oder Xbox and hers is having the issue.

Updated the game was able to login and play just fine. I had to log out to go do something else tried to log back in and now I’m getting the error too.

For me are the bug on series x, so than it means you have luck? I dont know 0_0

Am having the same error code. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Still have the same error code, but now with the added benefit of the narrator (text to speech) function turning on whenever I open the game. So I still can’t login, but at least there is an annoying voice the read it to me.

I am also affected… I even tried reinstalling the game to no avail.

Same on ps5 but for some reason if i switch to a different user on the same account i can log in

Just had the wife try and she can open the game on her account but I cannot. It’s the same PS5…
