Unable to find valid license on ps5 after 19 Nov 2024 update

Same here. Reinstalling did nothing but activate the screen reader. Followed all the “solutions” from Blizzard and elsewhere. I am on Xbox. My partner is not having an issue - same network, different Xbox.

Found a possible fix at least for PS5. Start up your game like normal when you’re at the press button to login screen use a second controller and login with a second account like you were going to do couch Copley on the same TV and PS5. Use the second account to login to Diablo and then join that game with your first controller. You can close out the second account with your main account and the other one logged in hopefully that made sense let me know if it works

Same for me and from everything thing I seen was just have to wait it out for blizzard to fix the servers :melting_face:

Same problem here. Nothing worked from all the proposed fixes I saw online or here, i’m playing on ps5.

My account still has the issue, can only play using couch co-op

So I guess if you don’t have an alt account you’re just screwed. Has Blizzard even acknowledged the issue?

Not to my knowledge what is this just a console problem everybody else can log in.

This is a complet disaster. Either i cant get to the character screen at all or i camt use my spirit born

Any Dev wanna acknowledge the issue before 10 of us cancel D4 and wait for POE2, fix your broken crap! I was able to play on the ps5 after update, logged off and been license errored for 3 hours, not even a message up stating your working on it.

315306 is still popping up after I went and reset my battle.net account. Yeah, console players are screwed until they fix it. Gonna play some borderlands

Same issues different day. You’d think we wouldn’t be running into the same problems since the games inception. Where is Adam Fletcher and his redundant comments now? No devs or leaders to address issues/chime in that should be under their control and persist for hours. Worst support ever. And I thought Amazon was bad. At least they will tell me to go f*** myself.

I had a period where the error changed to server down. That has resilved and im back to unable to validatr license. Its worse now since even streaming is blocked. Blizzard took a syep backwards in this issue

same issue on steam and steamdeck. when i log in thru battlenet it claims i dont own VoH. i only play on steam
