Unable to download and install Diablo IV

Howdy!

I recommend troubleshoot this issue as it sounds like the Battle.net Desktop application can’t load properly. Try the following:

Log out and close the Battle.net Desktop application completely.
Press (Windows key + R) Type in: %ProgramData%
Press the Enter key. Delete both Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders.
Close the folder. Restart the PC and retest.

If the issue continues, see if either workaround helps:

  • Goto the Battle.net logo at the top right → Select: Settings → Advanced Features (bottom) → Uncheck: Use Browser Hardware acceleration. Done. Close the Battle.net Desktop application and retest.
  • Log out of the battle.net Desktop application , at the top right of the Email select the cog icon → Try a different region such as Americas. Log in as normal retest.
