That does not work for everyone, Tried all that and still nothing.
I never even have crossplay that enabled anyway, Tried enabling then disabvling and still nothing.
I have tried over a dozen types, every combination from turning off cross platform, quitting, relogging, transport to another town and do it again. I cannot get anything to fix this bug. I am so tired of this amateur BS from you Blizzard. Season 3 is now officially over for me.
Never had Xplay enabled as well. I left the game back to character select, then went to enable that Xplay, logged back in, and it worked.
Hopefully theyâll get a quick fix because it stops you from pursuing the main questâŚ

Well, logging to character screen and turning off crossplay worked for me. Still pathetic to encounter these bugs so early on.
I tried pretty much everything in this thread and FINALLY after trying your 4th edit, it works.
I had to log out and re-enable CrossPlay. Upon logging back in, it worked.

Can confirm - log to character select screen, turn off cross play and save then reenter game. Itâs now clickable. Thanks people
Lol, I wouldnât worry, forum scrubs donât have chance on the leaderboards anyway. Letâs not also forget that leaderboards are meaningless and in no way a representation skill in a game that has no competitive integrity to begin with.

Attacking a forum mod for a dev sort of thing is pretty low. I just have to say.
MMm again, attacking a forum moderator for dev/bilzzard/exec/etc decisions is LOW.
Nobody attacked anyone we made a statement as it has happened since start of the game and every season since. Why is this you ask? Because they REFUSE TO GIVE US A PTR TO TEST THE STUPID GAME BEFORE THE RELEASE HALF DONE 
! SO since this season is full of bugs, maybe they will actually test the game before releasing a buggy trash patch again and people, like myself, wouldnât be upset. Also only 4 hours to get to level 60 and was able to clear on my sorc level 70 capstone at level 55 all solo. So, yep game is just so balanced you know with all their TESTING. But seriously game is a joke.

The only thing which worked for me was dropping from WT2 to WT1.
I had issues just trying to find the 1 vault, so i joined my buddies in thier game (they were on vault 3 or 4)⌠I realized oh crap, Ill have to re-do this all over again. Whats with that central hub new town area? You cant press âMâ so you have to manually leave that area just to teleport to somewhereâŚ
And the horse keeps getting stuck on invisa rocks and randomly stops. can you please make it faster so when it does this, its not noticeable??
Only bug so far apart from this quest bug is that I donât get a city map on PS5, itâs just black. Not tried the PC reason yet.
relogging works, but if you donât click it before some other player does then it bugs out again. I had to aggressively relog 8 times before I got an instance where I was the only one next to the contraption and I could click it before some other player could.
I hope they fix this one soon 
Out of all the possible workarounds, this is the only one that worked. Disabling cross-play.
EDIT: This is on PC.

Nope it was fixed that i run other character to the same period and after that i was able to commit this.
