Unable to continue S3 quest line

the fact we are almost 5hrs in and players are doing the devs jobs to find ways around the bug is just sad… where do i send my finders fee bill so i get paid?

i ran outside and gathered more of the thingy`s that gives mats for it.
it worked

this worked exiting via WP to WP then back into the Place Disable Crossplay after u enabled…

Logging in on a different toon and then back in on my seasonal character fixed it for me. I already had cross-platform disabled and still ran into the issue.

We are the testers, you should know by now :slight_smile:

I had the same problem. Finaly i Talked to the guy Azo… by the brazier and asked him the white question “something about what is this loom”. He hade no Green mark on him, but after he replied i could interact and continue the quest line.

Thanks for starting this thread. After trying the combinations of actions suggested by folks, many times and in different combos, I was finally able to advance.

Maybe more like Season of Construction In Progress heh.

On character screen, choose game options. Disable cross-network under connect menu. This worked for me however, I have not yet tried to reconnect.

I see many people saying disabling crossplay and relogging worked. For me my crossplay was already disabled, but I logged out then turned on crossplay and suddenly I can access the brazier.

Yeah I ran into this as well. I just zoned out and zoned back into the Gatehall. That fixed it.

I had cross play disabled, re enabling fixed the issue. shrugs

Clearly you didnt even test the game yet again for yet another season, this dev team is so sad.

Leave game. Go to connect menu. Disable Cross-Network play. Return to game. Should work.

At this point I consider glitches like that a game feature and the lack of support from blizzard a RNG difficulty add-on.

JUST FIXED IT 2 min ago and i know how (at least for me)
im level 18 and havent done my expertise mission(white/grey cross in quest log). i did that and upgrade 1 of my weapon. when i came back to the quest, its clickable. dont have to log out. hope this helps you guys. it worked for me.

Same here. I closed out and logged back in several times and it still won’t allow me to click the brazier. Please hot fix this bug Blizzard.

Update from the team??

For anyone else, I exited the game about 3 times on the fourth time i completed x’ed out of battlenet before giving it one last try. So it “can” eventually work if you want to sit at your PC and try over and over until you no longer have the will to live.

Weirdly, same for me, it worked lolol so stupid

I changed the game language and it fixed the bug for me! (cross off)
