Hi!
After completing the campaign i have started to work on Zone Completion.
But im stuck on 34/35 side quests.
Im sure my missing quest is the quest “Blood Sermon” that you get from Kor Valar.
When i checked i had not completed Sanguine Chapel (and you need to complete it to get the quest item from the dungeon boss).
But since i have completed the campaign the area have become hostile and the NPC is no longer there.
I have checked all quests in the zone with the help of an interactive map, and Blood Sermon is the only quest that i can’t check since there is no NPC.
Best Regards

I believe I have the same issue.
Also, if you create a new character and select Skip Campaign, it doesn’t look like Blood Sermon can be completed.
90% sure it’s the same for me, 34/35 and i’ve double and triple checked all other quests again, but can’t with this one.
Sister Vera is also not present in the “Bear Tribe Refuge”.

Also in the same boat and thinking this has to be the quest (Blood Sermon), currently at 34/35 in World tier 3. Does anyone know if you say, help someone who just started complete the side quest on their game if that carries over? Or is it just main quest progress? Would be interesting to test if someone has a character around that area who has not completed it.
Same issue, Sister Vera is not present in the “Bear Tribe Refuge”. and she’s the one who gives the Blood Sermon quest, i beleive this happens if you complete the main quest without talking to her.

Update! So after some reading it looks like that quest giver should move to the Bear Tribe Refuge, However! My quest I was missing was the Icebound Geode, which was a lootable quest. There was a mining node just west of Dead Man’s Dredge dungeon in Gale Valley. It was a long the shore there (there are like several on that shore to the south of the water. I’d suggest mining those nodes there and see if that is the one you are missing! I now show 100% complete in the zone.

Hello, same for me.
I started a new character with the past campaign.
The Blood Sermon quest is therefore no longer at its location given by an NPC because the area has become hostile (Kor Valar).
I went to see if the quest was moved to the Bear tribe but nothing.
I keep looking.
Update: Looks like I had completed the Blood Sermon quest previously. Quest I was missing was the Frostbloom one, which I was able to find South East of Menestad.
Hello Nephalems,
I found a quest guide in a website : powerpyx. I can’t link it here.
Pretty useful to find the missing quests.
Thanks for mentioning that Sister Vera actually moved location to Bear Tribe Refuge. I was going mental looking for her.
Having the same issue! Please fix Blizzard!
if only they had a “known issues” thread, if not enough people experienced this i don’t think we’ll ever play that quest …
same for me. she stands on original position but not speakable and does not move to bear camp. frostbloom is already done. quest is bugged and so last undone dungeon as well. pls fix
If you skip the campaign or complete it before doing the Blood Sermon quest, you do not pick it up at the previous location, rather, you’ll find the NPC already in the Bear Tribe camp (where you’re told to deliver the Blood Chalice) and you can pick the quest up from there.

not for me, questgiver is still not there. NPC is in Kor Valor but not speakable/clickable
Are you sure you don’t already have the quest in your log then? Because I just did the quest a few hours ago and as of the recent build, that’s what happens when you skip the campaign, she moves from Kor Valor to the Bear Tribe Camp and gives the quest there.
yes, have done campaign 100%, only 2 sidequests missing (one is this one) + 1 dungeon missing (also this one which will be opened up after quest). talked to all npc dialog which I can click. there must be sone kind of bug
So it turned out I had already done Blood Sermon, and the quest I was missing was Frostbloom. The reason I thought I’d done it, was because I went around fractured peaks picking tonnes and tonnes of flowers and the quest didn’t drop, but it turns out after some research that it only drops in Pallid Glade.

I am also at 34/35 quests, I’m redoing the area with a new character minus the story and that is one of the quests I’ve completed on both characters, I have every quest written down and I’m checking off every one I pick up, I will either find out which quest is bugged if it is at all.
yeah I also thought I was missing Frostbloom quest so I farmed the spot serveral hours. after not getting it I invited a friend who not did the quest and it dropped for him on first try (not for me). I think I have done frostbloom as well because in group it should drop for both if I haven’t done the questline as well. So still bugged
