Unable to change world tier after completing capstone

Edit: Was due to an undocumented change during patch 1.1 that has since been reverted

While testing exp changes a friend helped me complete the lvl 50 capstone dungeon on a new character and after completion I can’t unlock and change to WT3.

WT3 remains locked. Nothing in patch notes about a change for this.

I just completed Fallen Temple to unlock World Tier 4 and I cannot change at the statue. I actually ran it twice, and still cant unlock the next world tier.

Hi, same here.
Just finished Fallent Temple in Tier 3 but Tier 4 was not unlocked.
I even got the challenge “Bane of the Fallen” but no tier 4.

Same, ran my brother through Fallen Temple twice. He did not get completion on either.

Same here. Even for characters created before the patch and never logged in.

I tested this also and can confirm it. I was a level 30 Necro and had someone carry me through the first capstone. I got the “Dungeon Complete” notification after the boss died. I can highlight Nightmare difficulty at the World Tier Statue but the “Select” Button at the bottom of the screen is disabled. I can’t unlock World Tier 3.

Same Issue. Please, sir @PezRadar, can you elaborate if what people say regarding level requirement is true, or is it really just a patch bug?

You have to level up now. Level 50 required for World Tier 3. Level 70 required for World Tier 4.

This is not true, it is a bug - just ran the World Tier IV capstone last night with a group as a level 59. After completion, WT4 unlocked for me but not for my friend who is level 57.

Not correct, I was able to clear the capstone for WT3 at 39

I don’t think it’s a bug. It seems to be 39 for the first capstone and 59 for the second.
