Unable to change appearance in Wardrobe

I have the same issue.

Unable to use Transmogs in wardrobe

For one character on my account, my original character that I first beat Diablo 4 with, the transmogs are stuck. The wardrobe shows a two handed axe in the chest slot, and boots in the gloves spot. Any attempts to change and save are reverted immediately. The saved outfits in the wardrobe will not override or apply, the moment you exit the wardrobe the outfit reverts back. I have reset the user UI. I do not have any add-ons. I have purchased basic blues for each item and put them on, per forum …
