Went to town to break gear, then came back and no longer could use any abilities, dodge or even town portal back using the hotkey. I can teleport back to town using the map waypoint somewhere, but no hotkeys work. I tped back to town, i zone out of the dungeon that i was 90% done with…ran all the way back out to test, and nothing seems to fix this UI break except quitting the game/logging out, then logging back in. Have had to do this 5 or 6 times now since launch. Even after the newest update and bug fixes, this persists.
