Something changed and twisting blades isn’t giving CDR past the first round of blades giving you CDR.
First full set of returned blades gives CDR, following rounds do NOT, until you use a energy dependent skill (like a trap) then it works again for the first round of returned blades.
edit - the only skill that ‘resets’ the issue that i have is Death Trap, not poison trap
I first started to notice it around 4am EST. Could have been sooner but thats about the time i started to run into issues.
Edit: Wonder what could have randomly caused that? I even tried taking the skill away and putting it back. Also tried switching out legendaries to see if there was some odd effect.
Well hopefully it fixes itself because it makes rogue feel incomplete. Just kind of halts the action when youre expecting to be able to pop a cooldown for the next fight.
Someone in rogue forum mention it went from .25 seconds with 3 max to .1 second with 2 max. But i thought they already nerfed that. Idk, hopefully not.
They need to stop nerfing classes. Its Diablo, its supposed to be fast and mindless fun. Not a slog.
Yea, i cant say i tested it to the level you did. Just used TBx3 and tried to get it through as many mobs as i could, noticed extremely minimal effect on my CDs.
Blades worked normally at 10 am UTC+3 but now after I came back from work TB build is unplayable. If this isn’t a bug its the worst nerf I’ve ever seen. Whole build was based on movement and cd reduction from blades and now I’m unable to move for my Twisting Blades to do any dmg. GG if not fixed.
I noticed this to around 630 am est. Thought it was only me. It def feels like a bug. Usually takes about 2 twisting blade spams (tbx2 or 3 dash rebuild energy tbx2 or 3 dash CDs back up) or maybe even less that that depending on how many mobs i can hit. Hope the address this soon def takes away the fluidity of the build.
