I am level 100 so why are treasure goblins dropping their loot bags with itl 855 gear? Also, as for tormented bosses why are they dropping rare items? I’m not expecting god rolls of legendary but at least a legendary bow can sell to an npc for 105k vs a rare at 25k.

Better question. Why are yellow items dropping at all in t4? Why are the new goblin loot bags yellow if not just to troll you? Why does yellow items rank so high in loot priority on controller? Answer is Blizzard Devs have no idea what they are doing.

The community manager’s post regarding goblin’s is vague. “Stingy” could refer to many players commenting about only finding one goblin. It could mean exactly my problem but again, it’s vague so I’m not going to assume. If my post bothers you then you are the problem. I’m not going to refrain from posting what is on my mind to appeal to your liking.
