Dnno what god build you must have to make it boring but all the dungeons i have played have been challenging and scary.
is this troll? there isnt a single dungeon challenging at all nor scary maybe you should use rare items and imprint them with legendary powers instead of using only white items
I feel like my Blood Lance stands out quite a bit wrt other classes. Itâs the best mechanically designed ability in the game.
People that think no abilities stand out probably only seen and played one skill since release: whirlwind - the dumbest and most boring of them all.
Luckily i had more luck than in beta at least in regards to white items yes. And i only just started finding legendaries. Dungeons are scary and if they arenât for you then i guess you overplay them or something. And in regards to imprinting⌠money matters now!
We made a game build on randomization - then standardized all of it to not be in any way unique.
Finding efficiency is half the fun of games like this, its like community brainstorm as things move on, they need to STOP THE BS MICRO MANAGEMENT and Let the damn thing breath a while ffs.

If itâs randomization you want, then the density would be random on every new dungeon instance. Which would make meta slaves enter/leave dungeons to find something dense, I wish Blizzard did this just so I can watch the predictable slave show. Itâs so hilarious watching the suffering of the robot players.

Thats not my thing, just saying trying to make it all equal doesnât feel good either, there is a joy in gaming knowing your doing it ârightâ vs âwrongâ and the experience of learning the difference, finding the âbestâ places to do âXâ things is what makes games live along time, not homogenized micromanaged ultra balanced vanilla flavored crap.
At that point why even have more then 1 dungeon and 1 town eh? If its all just window dressing.
Imperfection is a part of life and i think we all respond to that, hence why free societies flourish and dominate the world, while dictatorships decay and always fail, or at least always have historically, its ok for stuff to be kinda broken and unfair is all im saying.
Different enemies. Different layouts - like open vs corridors which is important for LOS. Different visual flavor. Different bosses. Different dungeon mechanics.
Same density means meta slaves arenât locked into 1% of the game, but can pick and choose different things.
Thats a fair point, im just saying variation and optimal strategies are fine and should not be balanced unless mechanically broken some how.
The concept of meta is inherently toxic. Always has been. Maybe thatâs why Blizzard tries to rein it in.
uhm thats just an opinion though and one id dare say is just objectively wrong, the most successful games on the planet have the most META.

Zelda ToTK is super Meta.
Optimal ways to do things is just human nature, if you dont allow that you arent going to keep people around.

Itâs impossible to counter the meta - there will always be something that people gravitate towards unless everything is exactly, precisely the same - and even if it was, people would still manage to find something thatâs .00001% better, and thereâs your meta.
Itâs such a universal concept that it even happens in real life. Google Carcinization - itâs a word science types came up with because things were evolving into crabs so much - in essence, crabs are the current crustacean meta.
