The atlas came later, but yes. It started as an ultra playable/replayable game, then grew in to a monster. Emphasis on the playable game part. It actually grew too big imo. I hope poe 2 brings the scope down a bit.

actually i forgot that blizzard is an indie company and that they are doing something completely innovative, also they didnā€™t have 12 years to develop their game, (created from scratch of course because the 4 in the name is merely illustrative) so we have to understand why blizzard small company had nothing to stand onā€¦

Yes, I read your reply and I understand that you are very dissatisfied with the state of D4. There are also people who are enjoying the game even though they recognize itā€™s not perfect, and their opinions are just as valid as yours.

Personally I just donā€™t find it reasonable to compare a game thatā€™s been out 7 weeks to a version of another game thatā€™s been out for 9+ years. The fair comparison would be to what PoE was like shortly after release. Iā€™m willing to give Blizz more time to see what they come up with. If you arenā€™t, thatā€™s your prerogative.

They are actually giving us more stash space and a way to reset all paragon and skills instantly with a scroll.

They are also fixing the memory leak

Iā€™ll add the itemization to the list though.

Expansions are also planned just not 1 month after release bro.

You are expecting too much. No game would do a full expansion 1 month after releasing.

You need to relax.

8. They are not going to overhaul classes

All characters are getting massive buffs and changes via the Gemsā€¦ The Heart Gems will be broken and extremely Overpowered. All content will become a cake walk with these Broken Gems.

Donā€™t think itā€™s trolling. I think itā€™s white knighting and attempted damage control prior to the patch notes. Why someone feels compelled to do that is a mystery to me.
