So now that they stole PvP from the Division from 10 years ago to boot. How are they going to keep it from the same fate? Extraction and losing gear is great, especially when people will have a 4 day head start. Can’t wait for the hackers and groups of broken builds and level 100’s to PvP against. 
Seasons doesnt start immediately, the early start is meaningless in the long run.

Yeah, if you’re playing seasons specifically, you’ll be starting entirely new characters at launch, and then when season 1 comes out, you’ll be doing the same again, if you choose to do seasonal content specifically. So we’ll basically be having another test run (with more content) before the ladder comes out.
Considering the only reason to extract is if you are farming in the PvP zone, you kinda get what’s coming to you. I’ll just be avoiding them. There are also many extraction games other than division.
If Blizzard implements a 1v1 duel feature that you can do anywhere in the world outside of towns, then players can practice with that, and should the fields of hatred be too much of a mess, players can still have fun with duels.
If pvp zones are completely imbalanced, at least we can easily make clan activities around pvp with a duel mode
