The Chimimoryo pet is currently experiencing a bug

I would like to report an issue with the Chimimoryo pet introduced during the Diablo IV x Berserk collaboration event.

The Chimimoryo pet, available through the in-game shop, is currently experiencing a bug where it does not assist players in picking up any dropped items during gameplay.

This issue significantly impacts the pet’s functionality and the overall player experience.

New "nose" pet just runs away

When you are doing helltides (all I’ve done so far) he doesn’t pick stuff up, he just appears, gets the broken chain icon over his head (unstoppable) and runs off the screen.

Schnoz not picking up anything

This likely isn’t platform specific, but I play on PC, so who knows? I have the schnoz pet, and I was surrounded by Aberrant Cinders in a helltide. He was nowhere to be found. I manually picked them all up, and went to a group of enemies. As soon as I engaged, the Schnoz pops up out of nowhere with an unstoppable sign above him, and runs off. Rinse, repeat.

New Berserk Pet is bugged

The new pet will randomly get bugged and get the broken chain symbol above his head and run off and not pick anything up. He will then reappear and immediately run away again with the broken chain. Picking up items from whispers cash, he picks up everything but out while fighting in the world or dungeon, he’s borked.

It will be fixed tomorrow May 14th patchnotes: * Fixed an issue where the Chimimoryo pet could become unstoppable and run away from the player. (That Schnoz has a mind of its own!)
