The new pet will randomly get bugged and get the broken chain symbol above his head and run off and not pick anything up. He will then reappear and immediately run away again with the broken chain. Picking up items from whispers cash, he picks up everything but out while fighting in the world or dungeon, he’s borked.

Just wanted to confirm that I’m experiencing this as well. I’ve also noticed that he can’t seem to pass through certain types of effects. He gets stuck inside my necro’s aura, for example. If he tries to cross it, he sort of flickers out of existence and reappears next to me. Same thing happens with Rahier’s shield. I was doing helltides earlier and had to switch pets because the little dude just wasn’t picking up anything.

Yeah, it’s perma feared and not picking anything up. I knew i was a sucker paying a pretty penny for a pet cosmetic, but this is next level lol!
