Been farming for weeks and tempest roar still hasnt dropped. Is there a bug stopping it from dropping for some players?
I think it is jut super-duper rare. Might be a bug, and might not.
Plenty of others have posted about not being able to get one, but then that is how RNG works, so it is hard to say.
