So my wife and I are in T4 and while all my gear drops at 750+ and all the blues and yellows are auto-salvaged, she still gets yellows and blues sometimes and they are sub 750. I’m about paragon 230 and she is about 170. I thought once you were in T4 everything was 750/800 no matter what, and anything else is auto-salvaged… She also has never had a tribute drop, while I have a couple hundred of them. And yes, she did all the Undercity stuff. Is this an Xbox couch coop bug?

They removed non-Greater Affix (non-GA) Ancestral items, and personally, I think that was a bad call. Blizzard did it because players kept complaining they weren’t getting “good” or “build-specific” drops. But here’s the problem: you can’t ask for the game to support build diversity and also expect it to hand you exactly the gear your build needs. That defeats the purpose.
Now you either get a 750 IP drop or an 800 IP with a Greater Affix—there’s no in-between anymore. This change has also made aspect progression feel slower and more frustrating. It seems like the system was redesigned to cater to seasonal meta chasers, which leaves less room for players who like to experiment or progress more gradually.
Blizzard, please bring back non-GA Ancestrals. The loot system had more depth when there were other paths to gear up, not just chasing perfect rolls or meta builds
