So i was excited for the beta. I work away from my family and home for long peroids of time, so this beta happened to fall on a weleend i am home. So i oreordered the most expensive edition on ps5, i usually do i like the goodies. So i logged in at first launch, watched the first two cinimatics, was blown away how good theu were, i moved out of the cave killed a wolf or 2 and gor bootes out of the game, been stuck in a endless queue now since, we will say almost 24 hours later. Im sadened that now im probably not going to be able to play the game as i will be going back to woek for another 4 weeks after this weekend so all in all i dropped 150 bucks on a broken beta. Good job blizzard.
Same thing for me, I got to create my character yesterday and couldn’t log in with error codes.
Been stuck on Infinite queue since.
My ps5 is showing I have played 13 hours. This has all been in Q.
So disappointed

same, and blizzard literally won’t respond to me.
i think the issue is no matter how i try to reset it, my account has said “in character selection” since.
my account is literally broken and they won’t help

same. i paid $100 for the deluxe edition too.
i’ve submitted a ticket and reached out on every platform and blizzard won’t help me.
all i wanted was the puppy, and now i doubt i will get him. or get to play at all.

Same here. Played for about two hours. Was in the middle of a dungeon boss fight (the quarry?) and head back to town to repair gear. When I tried to portal back, game hangs and eventually disconnects. Now stuck in the second queued window and won’t progress any further. Battle net account shows me logged on from PS5 but can’t get past that queued screen. Going to assume character lost - Sucks too as just got my first legendary!
Waitlist shows allways less than 1 minute, but a endless waitlist follows. I stuck there for 6,5 hours now

My brother just logged in on his ps5 and got straight through.
He’s playing it right now as I’m talking to him and I’m still stuck on queued.
Where are people logging support tickets? I only see for PC and mobile nothing for consoles.
The fact that this hasn’t been fixed is insane. And they literally just don’t care. They got their money already and the pc master race players and the streamers are all good so who cares about us right? You already got my almost 150 dollars for the ultimate edition. Whether I actually can play your game is just a meaningless detail right? Thanks blizzard. Thanks for ruining my weekend

i literally had to say something was wrong with my account (and i guess it is) to get a ticket submitted. they’re referring aaaaaaaal d4 problems to these forums lmao
I found a temporary fix for the endless loop. Create a new Bnet acct then link your console to the new acct. I was able to log right in when I did this. Unfortunately you won’t be on your original Bnet acct when playing but this allows you to at least try out the game.
