Playing around with storm feather builds and was wondering what the base lucky hit chance was for storm feathers, especially when recalled via recalling feathers.
I know they can crit, and am fairly certain they lucky hit based on my proc rate, so hoping someone knows the LHC chance provided.

I’d be very surprised if the damage associated with storm feathers dropping or being recalled has LHC - that’s not the way indirect damage from class subpowers tends to work.
That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if the primary eagle hall feather damage has LHC, given it seems to be coded as a “skill” (and “eagle skill”). You can even make it a gorilla skill and apply thorns damage using the unique glaive
I believe that the feathers do have lhc from recalling because while using exhilaration aspect, I get a minimum of 3 lucky hit procs and as many as 5-6 while dropping on a boss.
That’s more than I’d expect from eagle primary, soar, and vortex.
I know recalling feathers can crit as well, though I know that not everything that can crit can lucky hit.
I suppose the test is to swap to centipede primary (so I get no eagle, gorilla, or jag procs), take off everything but recalling and exhilaration (or Andy’s), and take it to the target dummy to see if I still get multiple reset procs.
Recalling feathers aspect is bugged and doesnt work with empowered feathers aspect, it has been mention already here. Sometimes recalling feathers aspect bugs out and stops working until you remove and re-equip the item that has the aspect

Exhilaration has a lucky hit chance to reset. It’s less reliable, but not bugged

I am not sure anyone try to calculate the LHC, as you can get it trigger consistently in every attack by stay at point blank distance to a large target like a boss or big group of mobs pull in by Vortex. So that all feathers hit their target, one of them will trigger lucky hit if you pick all LHC nodes on paragon.
