Leaving plotlines open to follow up on in future expansions is the real answer.
I don’t think it’s actually that implausible though. Yeah she got zerged by demons but all her men are also dead, so I don’t think it’s so absurd to think maybe her men just sacrificed themselves for her so she could barely escape.

Same reason the Cheiftain didnt get killed by Cyrach. The Npcs have all the good armor.

The first time I saw her in one of the first trailers, I immediately thought, that she is a daughter of Tyrael, but I couldn’t find any more info about that, so probably this is just me

I’m just shocked we can walk into Kyovashad like it’s no big deal after Prava wants us punished. But as per usual with Blizzards writing it’s inconsistent.
We did immediately go and mess up her whole holy citadel like 5 minutes after finishing up in hell so it wouldn’t surprise me if she was kind of upset and wanted some revenge xD
