I purchased yesterday. I have your email receipt and bank transaction record, but I canāt find the purchase from your blizzard transaction history??? And spiritborn is locked???
I have the base game and the ultimate version of the expansion, both on xbox x.
I cannot play spiritborn or any of the new content. I can see on my console that the expansion is unlocked, but i cant make a spiritborn character. Iāve done every fix suggested here in these forums. Iāve checked and rechecked for anymore downloads. Ive un-installed and reinstalled the entire game. Nothing works. Ive been back and forth with support all day, no help from there yet. They did reply, they just didnāt help

were you able to get a refund? or did they verify your purchase? CS told me they couldnt verify my purchase, and basically just told me to wait for a fix.
So, what you are saying is i spent $75 for just a upgrade but still didnāt get the game?
If i purchase the standard that would make it the ultimate price ?

I canāt even connect on Diablo 4 using PS5 or PC!! Support doesnāt help and i cant refund my PS5 pre ordered ultimate VOH X.Xā!!!
Doesnāt make any logical sense that when you buy the DLC - you can access the rewards cross-platform, but they wont let you access the DLC content cross-platform. I feel like this wasnāt properly disclosed when the pre-release was first released for purchase. This is a total greed move, not feeling like paying $130 in total ($90 ultimate + $40 standard) for what should of been included and capable from the get-go. Going to uninstall and move on

Whatās up with this new buggy expansionā¦!!! Each and every time I teleport out of the new area, Nahantu, Iām immediately not allowed to access it again and get continuously snapped back into the old area. Then it tells me that I need to buy the expansion that Iām already playing. This is such a dumb bugā¦!!! Here I am playing with a Spirit born character and it lets me play in the, not so, open world yet wonāt let me access my mercs or landā¦so fāing broken.
Come on Bluzzard you were doing so well there for a little while, no weāre back to bug centralā¦what givesā¦!!!
A ton of people paid a crazy amount of money to be playing this and itās playing like garbageā¦!!!

I bought the standard to ultimate edition expansion for Diablo 4 and was informed that we can still be able to play the new class so why do we have to NOW BUY the standard edition this is robbery if you ask me!

YESSS IT ISSS Itās a money game for the gaming industry, thereās no control, this will have to change too, otherwise gamers will have to buy video games several times, thatās a given.
