well, as i just said, you cant announce anything thats not 100% certain. so yea, you are being speculative because you want to believe in the drama. (which is totally fine. you can believe in anything you want. Its just problematic when you sell it as a fact)

depends defnitly blizzard gets way less
afaik those site often sell keys they got for free throw diffrent means
sometimes they scamed them
or sometimes they abuse currency exchange to provide it cheaper
defnitly worse for blizzard

biggest annoyancce for me is to even start a 2. programm al the time - and when its open it is useless cluter on my screen
many steam games u can start without opening steam after installing them
which is a common practise used by some games e.g. skyrim
its bloatware cause its more than 0
there are examples of previous games where this was done e.g. fallout 76

About the advantages of steam… you can manually add diablo 4 to your steam launcher to use many of the advantages you listed.
No it’s not like this, Bethesda just delete the own launcher and transfers to steam…so Bethesda have to pay for steam…

i dont know if its “not possible” as i dont work for blizzard. But since it does needed a launcher id assume its not possible for whatever reason.
We know, you can handle only 1 launcher… Complicated world

in the files where steam installs the game there always is like a normal exe for the game
some of them work flawlessly without needing steam some automaticly start the launcher
if u dont know which of the 2 is the case for d4 than u cant argue that it wont work
so what is the error if the programm asks for a password ? that is pretty normal behavior
so far steam is defnitly less greedy than d4
so far steam didnt try to charge me twice for the same product so yea
d4 exe opens steam, if thats what you are asking
the error is that you didnt check “stay logged in”
steam wants a share of 30% for products they didnt develop. i consider that greedy.
I must assume you don´t know what blunder means then. Who else is at fault that blizzard can´t properly advertise their own game? steam because they took to long on approving the deal? nope. Blizzard for not getting it under way early enough.

fact is blizzard did not advertise the game to be released to steam until 6 month after release.
So far…so far we have different launcher, don’t complain when your steam only wish come true and you have to pay a really big steam cut…
Nobody try to charge’s you for everything, especially to buy the same game 2 times.
It’s just another option to buy the game…
