I rather have them be quiet, study the Diablo franchise (yes…again & again) and fully understand what Diablo game should be and along the way keep patching good stuff to balance the game and fix it A.S.A.P to redeem the franchise
Also to the devs, please please stop mocking/trolling the angry fans with whatever uploaded videos, blue post thread (Play It Your Way etc.) or in game stuff like having “Salt People” statues in dungeons to further insult/mock the angry paid customer.
If it weren’t your intention then…good to know that, Thank you.
May as well call them Dumpster Fire chats, because all they do is irrationally gaslight everyone in the forums.
The amount of toxic, angry posting over a videogame is rather disturbing to be honest. I mean, I have my complaints, but sheesh - over the past couple weeks many people have become just hateful toward the developers. The game isn’t even THAT BAD, yet people act as if Blizzard shot their dog.
In hindsight, they should have just called it what it is: damage control.
I didn’t need a campfire chat to tell me about the game’s development. I played it since open beta and it was an unfinished product with bad coding that was wrecking GPUs by loading 3d models in vendor and character interfaces.
They could have started off by advertising it as early access or letting people know it’s unfinished. Instead, they tried to choose their cake and eat it too by selling it as a finished product and taking people’s money and not delivering a finished project. No wonder people are furious.
Hopefully they recognize they need to cancel the two expansions they had planned. It’s just not going to work out. Just make a new game. Make it free to play. Copy D2.
Have you ever thought of the situation where D4’s expansion could be repurposed for D5? It actually happened in Destiny 1 & 2 by Activision’s decision. We’ll see.
We’re planning more Campfire Streams (and others!) and we’ll keep the community posted when the next date gets locked in. It’s a busy time, but we’re not going anywhere!
Nah. Jay Allen Brack was right. You think you do but you don’t was true. Nobody wanted no changes Classic WoW. Totally different vibe from don’t you guys have phones which was some BS - nobody in the West wanted a mobile D3 before D4.
