in near 200 paragon levels and focusing entirely on rings (in helltide chests/gamba/tree reward) I have only seen 2 sorc Recharging aspect. went from the dungeon 1, to 2.6, to 3. it goes up 5 and honestly questioning how many weeks it would take to even see it…Aspects should never be this rare.

Wow, that is messed up.

I guess they will do anything to feed their Holy “time played” metric.

You know, it is so obvious that these devs do not play the game. If they did, they would do scummy things like this?

They wouldn’t have nerfed the gold earned in Infernal Hordes by 90%.

They wouldn’t gate your mount speed.

They wouldn’t have made group content for a game that more than 85% play solo.

But they really expect us to believe them when they say “We play the game”…

Collecting data (in various threads) to update my thread. Predictable problem with some easy solutions, this is just one of them (from before release).

The max aspect values on regular legendaries remain the same as they were for the past couple of seasons. So nothing really has changed there.

Ancestral legendaries have a higher max value for most, but not all, aspects. So even if you do not get the absolute max value on your aspects, you will be no worse off than before.

Well, then there used to be a lot more Ancestrals then.

They need to stop with gating things.

For the amount of time I’ve put in it’s nuts that I barely have any max aspects.

They are being too greedy trying to feed their “time played” metric.

The ancestrals of previous patches had the same aspect values as regular legendaries. So they provided no additional benefit for aspects.

I have salvaged so much that I have thens of thousands of leather and iron. While everyone seems to be lacking in them.

It may be a simple side effect of lower (gear) loot density that they didn’t ‘anticipate’ - even though I’m 100% sure they were warned of side effects.

Then you are at the same level as in prior patches. So you lose nothing.

Not only that - it can also happen, that you find Ancestral Gear with the minimum aspect. You should have seen my face while observing. :sweat:

I don’t know…but as it is right now, we probably hit Paragon Level 300 and still don’t have upgraded our aspects - probably not even half of them! That feels wrong. Right now I am at Paragon Level 229 and don’t have a single one upgraded to let’s say 18/21 iirc. That does not feel good at all.

If at least 750 items had a smaller chance to upgrade the aspects as well.

I hear ya. I’m at P263 now and crying lol. I just saw someone try to sell a max aspect for 22 billion in trade chat. Now, I don’t believe that it will sell but that is how rare they are that people are saying crazy things like that.

Yup they are.

For example. Max rolled 750 item with Aspect of the moonrise will go up to 80%. However if this same aspect rolls on an Ancestral 800 item, it can go up to 100%.

And with Ancestrals being about as rare as Mythic Uniques, the chances you will max out your aspects this season are pretty much ZERO. Unless you resort to Real Money Trading and buy 50 bilion gold to buy the maxed aspects from the overpriced gold farmers.

Making ancestrals drop less and have higher aspects was a dumb move by blizzard.

You know… I report every single instance of RMT gold/item sellers I see in Trade Chat but the devs seem to be trying their hardest to drive UP the demand for RMT gold/item sellers lol.

It’s like why even bother reporting them?

Oh they play the game. Just very badly. Here’s something fun for you to watch in case you missed it. Where 2 devs, played a tier 1 nightmare dungeon with level 50 characters (on console even) and were unable to beat it. #incapable.
