i cant play game crash when queue finish
First let me say this, I understand that this is a beta and stuff can happen like servers not being able to handle the load which I donāt understand how after so many game launches by blizzard BUT a beta is not meant for me to test the queue time, itās meant to test the game and report bugs. I have spent exactly 6 hours waiting in the queue and have been able to play about 45 minutes before giving up testing the game on the first day and Iām not here to complain about it or cry that I want a refund
That being said, there is an easy fix to make people stop crying about this. Just extend the closed beta by 1 day since most people lost a day of testing and that should do it
this is not early access, this is open beta stress test and everything gets deleted after this weekend. Next time the game opens up early for those who preordered. Thats the early access. This is not it my friend
A queue is the most sensible way to manage the players on the servers. You absolutely do not want to just let people in and overload the servers. That is a very amateur way to do it.
I canāt understand how there are people defending the company, theyāve been wrong for years it was like this on d3 itās like this now on d4 they had more than ten years to correct this problem
Who is defending the company? Blizzard is a horrible company.
Are you confusing defending the company with knowing what a beta test is? If you donāt want to test the game for bugs them Iām not sure why you are here in the testing phase but please feel free to wait until release.
I paid for the ultimate and so far I havenāt even been able to start the game!

Yes you preordered for the early access that comes 6.6.23. Congrats, weāre not there yet. Get a grip and go outside

I remember the first time I toured a car manufacturing plant. I saw a Dodge Charger only half built. I said to myself that if thatās the condition that they plan to sell it in, I will never ever buy/drive another Dodge Product.
Just like Diablo 4, set to release June 6th, so too was the Dodge Charger not yet completed.

Play the game when you can. Then you can ask for a refund because the game plays like a mobile mmo.

btwā¦ if they wanted to fix thisā¦ they would boot new servers installed their environment and boom but they are ok with the fact that it does not work (taking in consideration they know at least something about kubernetes or alike and load balancing and have ddos protection workingā¦ butā¦ lost hope) ā¦ probably cheap workers?
Fair, you make a great point. Itās a beta test, not a game release.
As an aside, if you have run into bugs or issues, have you reported them so that they can be fixed before the game releases? Or are you treating this beta test as a game demo?
What youre saying doesnt evem make senseā¦ youre comparing a finished product to a product in testing phase before going to the massā¦ if you pre ordered this game to play the level 25 beta then you should reevaulate your soft brain. Its beta for TESTING. This thread is filled with people who are thinking this is early accessā¦ yall need to get some sense
I got in this morning with only a 1 minute quiche and Iāve been playing for 2 hours with no problems at all. They did listen to us I like the game and it deffinately draws you in and keeps you there. Its a beta test guys you didnāt pay for this you paid for whats to come on 6/6/23. This is only the 1st test at that they had issues yesterday with the launch but this was massive I expected server issues I didnāt expect to be disconnected yesterday after 10 minutes of game play but they more than made up for that today.
I was going to refund but then I hit lvl 25 with barb and 12 on sorc. Man the game is great, lots of improvements and balances needed to be done, but Im keeping the pre order.

Yeah they know how many people pre-order. But its impossible to guess how many people will buy it the same day the early beta get releaseā¦

I canāt login in the game. It shows the message: "Your request has timed out. Please try again. (Code 30008).
Blizzard, Iām waiting the refund, because you promise me I could play the gameā¦ and apparently, I canāt.
good news, the system is automated and it should only take a few minutes to refund this travesty.
