Server Queue; Refund Please

You have people that preordered SPECIFICALLY for the early access that you have been advertising for at least a month.

You then have a 60min+ queue time and people randomly get kicked? Refunds are warranted.

Way to live up to your name Blizzard.

It’s a beta test client were you seriously expecting no server errors ? Tens of thousands of players around the world are logging in at the same time.

The preview only lasts for 72 hours. This is already 13% of the product gone.

If the preview time were unlimited this wouldn’t be an issue.

And that makes it okay? No, it doesn’t. When you order a movie ticket and the usher tells you you can’t go in because the seating is full, are you okay with that? of course not.

But then, this is Blizzard after all. They never learn that they never have enough server capacity when they release something.

Seriously we payed early and extra to experience this. I will request a refund also.

Everyone needs to stop pretending this is blizzards first game. They should be getting better.

I believe they are aware of how many people have preordered the game.
It’s not an unknown number of players.
Shouldn’t they be prepared for so many concurrent connections?

In Brazil the waiting line is 118min. Seriously Blizzard?

The entire idea of a beta closed or open is to test how the server and game behaves. You are just participating in a testing phase, voluntarily I might add; and still expect it to behave perfectly. The level of entitlement is mind boggling.

You didn’t pay for a Beta you paid for the game that launches in June.

The bigger kicker is you’ll get to 1min and be kicked again

this is actually false,
you have to pay extra for access over this weekend.

Blizzard. Blizzard never changes.
Since the dawn of human kind, when our ancestors first discovered the grifting power of snake oil, money has been spent in the name of everything: from Wow to early beta access.
In the year 2023, after a decade of game design, the destructive nature of Blizzard could sustain itself no longer. Diablo 4 beta launch was plunged into an abyss of bugs and server issues.
But it was not, as some had predicted, the end of Blizzard. Instead, the Diablo IV beta was simply the prologue to another degenerate chapter of the company’s history. For man had succeeded in destroying the franchise – but Blizzard, Blizzard never changes.

Thanks, Just what I needed… Fallout withdrawal on top of diablo withdrawal…

That’s not even close to correct. Where did you learn math? You should ask for your money back.

No.
So many people pre paid (that means that they gave their money earlier) for a game that launches in June.
In the features of pre ordering, is an early access beta and an early access to game launch.

People that bought a KFC menu also received invites to this part of the Beta, did they also purchase it? Big fan of semantics ngl. You are missing the point of a testing weekend entirely. Feel free to refund if this weekend is what makes or breaks this game; But something tells me keyboard warriors are gonna do what they do and come the 2nd or 6th of June they are gonna be sniffing gold off the ground.
