I’ve complete all but 1 seasonal challenge (level 5 glyphs to 21, bleh) and have been rank 90 in the pass for several days now. I claimed all rewards as I unlocked them and around 2-3 days ago I noticed that i didn’t actually get any of the rewards I claimed. I don’t have the tier 5 mount, the tier 6 mount trophy or any of the pass rewards past level 75.
Please give us an update Blizzard. The forums are littered with reports just like this one, or with similar issues relating to rewards. As someone who plays the game almost exclusively for the rewards this is a direct deterrent for investing any more of my time.

Over 2 months later, not even an acknowledgement. I’m still missing the cosmetics that I earned and paid for. Pretty sure this is illegal, the whole exchange of money for goods/services and not getting what you paid for.
Yep still nothing, still missing about 10 of the cosmetics since I noticed the issue back early in the season.
I will NOT be purchasing a Premium Battle Pass again
Posted elsewhere - but was able to log a ticket and all they did is note they can’t do anything for in-game issues and to log a Bug Report…which we all know is worthless.
(dup) Had enough residual plat to buy the bp, got everything up to tier 33. Still nothing from s2, missing over 1/3 of the bp cosmetics.
Still not hopeful for the rest of this season since during s2 I was able to claim tiers just fine and receive the rewards up to roughly 62-65ish. Really wish Blizzard would at minimum acknowledge this issue. Ffs I don’t need it fixed now, I’d just like to know its -being- fixed.
I found another support ticket from mid-to-late s1 where another player reported a similar issue and was replied to by a dev who said they are aware of the issue but don’t have a planned fix. So maybe they know about it and its just super low priority in the backlog. Ya know, behind duping for the 3rd season in a row now lol.
The way that the person on my ticket sent me here saying that this link had a solution to my problem? But apparently this issue is never going to be resolved.
There has to be a way for this company to give customers the cosmetics that they literally should already have? Or reissue a battle pass or something.
