Remove Rawhides & Iron Ore

  1. Please make me understand why Rawhides cost nearly as much as Master Working Mats and is a 3x the cost of Amber.

  2. Make me understand why Master Working mats are easier to farm than Rawhides.

  3. Is there a point of needing 4 resources just to upgrade an item? Isn’t the money and Master Working enough as is?

Please help me understand.

I don’t really have a rawhide shortage. Do legion events. Salvage mats. I have used over 100k minimum and have around 60k left. Similar with iron.

Edit: I did run out for a while when I was only running hordes. It would be nice if the mats chest dropped iron and rawhide.

MW mats are easier than ALL white / blue / yellow / legendary mats its actually quite ridiculous lol

hmm. my 200k of rawhide and iron chunks doesnt reflect this idea of there being a shortage. but then again i dont rmt or trade and farm my own stuff so i never run in to a shortage of anything.

I did perfect mw on my sorcerer before making another character. The only thing i ever ran out of was gold and Neathiron… but then I got more. I haven’t had issues with any of the other materials.

Try salvaging items. I have 10,000s left. I am guessing you were just trading and didnt play the game :person_shrugging: i once had issue with iron chunks in S3 because I had to many alts and the cost of upgrades for spider.

I never ran out of rawhide or iron

have over 100k of both rawhide and iron chunks. never even came close to running out and i got 9 chars to 12/12 masterworking with ga gear. seems odd to run out of something so plentiful. only things i ever ran short on was gold and masterworking mats themselves. which you then run infernal hordes for more of. this seems to only be a problem for people who rmt i think.

I will quit playing before I do legion events. I don’t think I’ve done one in a year.

Yes and while they’re at they should remove the need to play altogether.

Just make it 1 big cut scene

That way we can’t complain when we don’t get things when WE Want them

Fair enough. But they do drop 900 iron and 900 rawhide
