Redeeming Microsoft rewards accelerated battle pass does nothing

Exchanged my microsoft reward points for Diablo IV Accelerated Battle Pass, got the code, redeemed it in battle.net PC client, got success message, started the game and no BP tokens, no change in platinums, all of the locked BP reliquaries are still locked. Tried redeeming the code again in battle.net PC client but got an error stating that it has been used before, so it definitely has gone through, just didn’t get anything from it.

I have the same problem in fact I redeemed 5 that hasnt transfered over to the reliquiary. It worked perfect in pass seasons. Each time asking me if I would like to use one and it worked when I used one but not this season. Hopefully blizzard will give us platinum to make up for the Microsoft rewards battle pass that we submitted into our account.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Two hours ago, I redeemed the Premium Battle Pass through Microsoft Rewards and successfully activated it on the official website. However, when logging into the game, it still prompts me to purchase the Battle Pass with Platinum instead of recognizing the activated Premium version.

Blizzard support said they are experiencing delays converting legacy BP to the new one and linked me this just now.

I guess that means the BP from Microsoft rewards has not been updated to give the new BP even if it was redeemed after season 8 starts so we’ll just have to wait until they finished the conversion process.

I agree with your point, but I want to mention that I can’t find any record of this redemption in my transaction history - even though when I tried to redeem it again, the system said it had already been used.

Did you experience the same issue? Can you see the related redemption record in your account? Just trying to figure out if this is affecting multiple people or just me.

Same, I don’t see anything new on my transaction history. I re-opened the support ticket and asked them if there is a way to confirm that the system added the Legacy Accelerated Battle Pass to my account.

I guess all we can do is wait then. The only question is—how long until this gets fixed?

I got a response from support, they confirmed that the legacy BP from Microsoft reward has been added to my account so I just need to wait for the legacy to new BP conversion process to finish.

I also received confirmation, but the issue is that they haven’t provided a concrete timeline for when this will be fixed. The excitement of the new season fades quickly. If they only fix it halfway through the season, it’ll be pretty much pointless.

Same issue here… I redeemed 2 day ago

I have not received my platinum from my Accelerated Pass. I got the token but not the platinum.

“Legacy Accelerated Battle Pass Upgrade Token > 1,800 Platinum”

Has anyone received the token yet? Still nothing here…

Haven’t received mine yet either. Feels like they are not putting it high on their priority list which sucks.

There have been no updates so far. It’s already been 4 days. I suspect they won’t prioritize fixing these premium battle passes redeemed via Microsoft Rewards points until mid-to-late season.

This is getting ridiculous. They’ve gone radio silent on this crap. I am capped at 99 favor tokens. Not sure if that will complete all the paid reliquaries if they eventually fix this. I know I’m not going to want to log in a month from now after Ive completed everything else to earn more favor tokens.

I’m having the same problem. It doesn’t show up in my transaction history

Someone already got? Nothing here, since first day season

Recent update from the community manager here.
They are still looking into it at least, hopefully they will fix this soon.

Does anyone has good news? I’ve already reached the seasonal Favor Token cap of 99, and now I can’t continue playing because I can’t earn any more tokens. So sad… :joy:

I just ended up buying platinum for buy the deluxe pass, that’s a bulsh!t the way that bnet treat the customers. I hope they compensate with something for us.
