Redeeming Microsoft rewards accelerated battle pass does nothing

Same here, reached the 99 cap, used my favor tokens to purchase the non locked rewards in the reliquary, then reached the 99 cap again.
Just checked, still nothing on my end. No tokens, no additions to platinum.
It should not take this long to convert one value to another, seems like this is not high on their priority list which is very disappointing.

Update:
Was told by Blizzard’s support that they received new instructions and was told to tell me to go to Microsoft rewards support page and ask to refund my Microsoft reward points instead since they cannot make it work somehow. Saw posts from others recently who claimed that they finally received plats and BP tokens from their Microsoft rewards code, so I’m not sure why they cannot fix mine.

I’m tired of waiting for them to fix it, so I’ll just try to get a refund for my Microsoft rewards and hopefully they can deal with this faster than Blizzard’s dev team.

Same. Don’t bother waiting—they’ve confirmed they won’t fix this bug. Here’s the official response I received from Blizzard:
‘We’ve just received an update with instructions. While Blizzard cannot grant benefits for these codes due to their mechanics and recent changes to Diablo IV’s Battle Plan, Microsoft’s support team can reimburse the spent points.’

BUT I still have to say, THIS FEELS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve waited 13 days now, while many others with the same issue have already had their problems resolved—receiving either the Premium Battle Pass or Platinum compensation. Why is my case being dismissed with only a suggestion to contact Microsoft for a refund?

And I contacted Microsoft for refund yesterday, still no answer, even a confirmation

I’m afraid that we cannot grant a refund request for the said redemption. Please note that once you order a reward, it cannot be cancelled by you, nor can you return your reward for a refund of points. I just open a ticket with ms rewards and explained what’s going on and paste the email that blizzard sent to me.

Yeah I did the same but I think I just got unlucky and got someone incompetent assigned to my request. Hopefully I’ll have better luck next time.

I sent a request to MS yesterday, andI got a reply today:

MS Support is even worse than Blizzard, if that is even possible.

Really sorry to hear that. Microsoft has already refunded my points—my case was resolved relatively smoothly. Hope you will get it back soon.

Tengo el mismo problema, he vuelto a contactar con Microsoft y he solicitado la devolución de los puntos, por lo visto es lo único que se puede hacer.

Nothing here yet… 4 tickets in… i pasted the Blizzard response and even linked the thread etc… just incompetence.

What exactly did you write in your support ticket?

I told them four times now what the problem is in detail, even copied Blizzards mail and linked to the forum thread.
At this point i think it is clear that neither Blizzard nor MS give a single F about the customer.

Let’s be real here, it is Blizzard’s fault not MS, they changed their system and can’t get it to work with MS codes pre change.
Now they tell us to contact MS to refund us… which as you can see is not possible for me.

I spent 2 weeks now wasting my time, energy and nerves to either get the PBP i paid for in MS points or get my points back.
In the end i am the idiot, best case i get my points back someday, so i have nothing for enduring this insanity of customer service.
For something that doesn’t even cost Blizzard anything, it’s all digital, just send us a working code, give us platinum, whatever… or just piss of customers that paid for your products for like 30 years now.

UPDATE: 18.05.2025
So finally after 15 days 4 Blizzard and 5 MS Tickets i got my points refunded.
