pls fix those game crashes i lost so much loot wasting tributes or boss mats its just frustrating :-/

Seconding this. Constant crashing under the latest VOH 2.03 patch. Season 5 no crashes.
Crashes to desktop with Fenris error.
Happens randomly, vendor, dungeon, public event. It can happen anywhere.
Then you LOSE the boss mats you were using, lose the buffs, lose the dungeon key. The game is centered around collecting boss mats and when you lose them it is totally unacceptable.

I have the same problem, on a laptop, I already thought that the problem was in my settings, because I was doing some things in parallel. But later I saw that the problem is only in this game.Blizzard just screwed up, I understand, updates, but to be so critical, my laptop stupidly crashes and thatās itā¦

My issue is resolved after I removed the latest Nvidia drivers. I am now running 556.12 and have been stable for 2 days (13 hours). Before it crashed every 1.5 hours to 2 hours.
Anyone got a fix for Xsx? I can log into the game, but the moment i open a waypoint, options/map or use any skill the whole console shuts down. I have done every single thing any troubleshooting suggests, and just now did a full factory reset. Issue still persists. Microsoft support ruled out any hardware issue and blizzard support told me to reinstall while ignoring the list of what iāve already done.
So. Blizzard once again answered me, their solution was to look at the forums for a solution.

Same here with AM4 X570 RoG Strix, 5900X, 3090 FE, 128 GB, WDBlack 2TB NVME.
Same issue as most here since Vessel of Hatred launched. None of the patches since have helped, and the last one even made it worse, adding in framerate drops and stuttering. Game crashes after about 60-90 minutes with the Fenris error.

Tried the ol āNVIDIA driver rollbackā and no bueno. Same old crapola: āNetwork Disconnect - The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server.ā

FYI
Rollback is inconsistent.
You need to use DDU to remove it properly, and you need to follow the steps on their website for it to work correctly.
Driver 561.09 has been working when using the DDU tool.
Download the tool, download the driver, then follow the instructions for best results.
If you only use the rollback, or donāt follow the instructions, it may fail to fix the issue.

Seemed to have fixed it on my end at least temporary until itās patched with no crashes for the past 3 days, Something to do with RTX settings in graphics options, I turned those off even though I shouldnāt need to with a RTX 4080 and have not had any crash since.
Give it a try and see if itās the same issue and then we can at least narrow the problem down if it fixes it for other people as well.
Pretty much a guaranteed crash around the 3 hour mark if I happen to play a longer session. Blizzardās way of reminding me to touch grass?

Iām having the same on an RTX3070. With how buffs are all cleared when you log out and back in itās basically not playable like this.

D4 crashed, and now my mythical uniques are goneā¦ seems like a hack or an extreme gamebreaking bugā¦

Frequent crashing every 1 to 2 hours.
This time i was blasting undercity with a legendary tribute (Chance for mythics) resulting in crash.
I cant tell how this sucks 
And still no reply from Blizz? I cant beleive it

I contacted the support, and they shared basic troubleshooting steps with me. LOL
I told them that they should look into this issue, because there are a lot of people suffering from it. And here is their answer:
