Same here been like this since after launch. Sad to say but I give up literally been trying to play for 12hrs
How did you redeem another early access code?
Logged in first thing this morning. Got 45mins then kicked out. Haven’t been able to log in since. Someone in another channel made this comment and hoping someone at Blizzard is actually doing something with it…
“ Fairly certain it’s a session affinity/caching issue. Seems like any accounts that were playing right when beta opened and when the initial network drop happened, are now stuck. The load balancer probably sees our accounts as already logged in and the client just spins at “queued” waiting for a response from the LB or auth server, which never comes because the game server thinks you’re already logged in. The fix is to clear the session cache and reboot the LB. Which they won’t do until the weekend is over. Of course, that’s only a band aid, they need to find the root cause of what made accounts get “stuck” during the network drop in the first place, otherwise it’ll just happen again. I don’t see those of us in this predicament getting into the game this weekend, unfortunately.” Ps. Hire this guy. Bnet - BubbaHoTep. Sounds like he may be able to help you out with your servers.
I’m also one of those stuck in the ‘QUEUED…’ bug/problem whatever.
Blizzard should offer some other bonus considering they probably wont fix this issue this weekend, which means we who all have this problem don’t have early access beta, we are literally locked out.
Not all of us have multiple access codes.

And with what im hearing about couch co-op. That means I cant even join my sister on her ps5.
I had two (one from preordering at GameStop and one from a friend who preordered a few copies from GameStop). So I just went back to the beta code redemption page and plugged it in.
I found a fix. I logged on to another user on my PS5 and linked my Battlenet account to it and it restarted the game from opening cinematic. Made a seperate character to reduce the chances of corruption. Note: still kept my original character (Barb) but I haven’t tried playing on him again yet.
Gotcha. Too bad there isn’t a way to reset your account.
Im not sure how you went about that as there is a 365 cooldown period when i try to change which PS account my battle.net account is linked to.
Same here. Hoping for a fix, sucks that we are basically locked out without going through some crazy steps.

To add onto his fix. During using another ps profile, and logging into your battlenet account, it will force you to disconnect your currently linked ps account. After this it will prompt you to link on the new ps profile, but you dont have to continue, the link to your primary ps account is severed and you can go back to your own profile and start again.
Having the same issue. Stuck in “queued” screen. Anyone know if PC / Xbox players experienced this too?
Dont try to go back to your original profile. it still goes into a ‘QUEUED…’ state.
Going back to my original profle worked for me, i just had to choose to disconnect the existing link between battlenet and my primary ps profile when prompted. After this, it asks you to link to a new ps profile, this is where i stopped (as it warned me i will not be able to link to another ps profile for 365 days.) This is when i swapped back to my primary and relinked

This is ridiculously long! Since yesterday i try to get in and its imposible, the queue in playstation 5 is broken, cant belive i buy this game in preorder for this!
Blizzard do something i have take my friday at work for nothing, it’s saturday and still nothing!!

Same. Can’t get past second Q after being disconnected around 12 est today. Occasionally see an error of 30342
same problem, queued in for the first 10 mins of the beta then I was kicked out. after that i’ve been stuck in an endless queue and have restarted my ps5 and requeued to no avail. Have blizzard even acknowledged this problem yet? At least want them to know that this problem exists
I did exactly that didnt link my secondary PS account went back to my primary and relinked, it put me back in ‘queued…’
Linked back on my secondary was able to log in play with my already made character, make a second character(though it glitched and made the second character twice) play on that. am now testing to see if i can go back to my primary PS account. will let you know
