I finish the Queue timer all the way, it connects to battlenet servers, then goes into the “QUEUED…” screen. I have tried restarting my game and console several times and it does not fix the issue. This issue started after I was playing for the first 20 mins then disconnected from the server.

Same issue, been trying to play for 8 hrs and have not gotten past the character creation on PS5. All but 2 times sitting through the queue, we got stuck on “queued…” for over an hour before giving up and starting over.
For weeks my w and I have been eagerly awaiting our first beta launch experience as a couple, planned our weekend around couch co-opping this, and are pretty severely disappointed. I expected Beta to be janky and technically flawed, constantly disconnecting and buggy… but to not be able to play at all? When Blizzard dangled early access and a cute wolf pet as the whole reason for pre-ordering the Ultimate edition?
Refunds should be offered. I expect next weekend will be twice as bad or worse.

Same here. Got booted after 15 min of play and now unable to get back in but my friend just waltzes in without any problem. Is this a corrupt save problem? Starting to think that. Hey blizzard do something.
Hello I am on PS5 and I been queued for 4 plus hours and I had the timer it had counter down and it went to a screen with just a blank queued and a circle spinning and I never get in. My spouse is on PC and got in under 45 mins and had no issues. I’m starting to think the PS5 queue is broken.

Timer ist down to <1Min then says “connecting to Diablo IV Service” and after this it stays on “queued”. When the Beta started I was lucky to play like 10 minutes but got disconnected and then this is happening since. I also tryed restarting the PS5 and the Game now the queue time ist getting better. Same result. Newly I got the Error Code 34203 two times.
This is absurd horseshi, I was “queued…” for 6 hours after waiting over an hour in the initial countdown. Blizz says “Do NOT leave queue” give me a F break, beyond disgusted.
Just echoing the same problem here. In my house, there are 3 of us (attempting) to play. One is on PC and got through fine. Another is on PS5 - started this evening about an hour ago - and got through fine. I was able to play on PS5 earlier today, got booted during gameplay early this afternoon, and have had this bug ever since. We’re all hardwired on the same internet, too, so I’m really not sure what else there is to try that hasn’t been done already in this thread.
Same here, got in at 12 PM for 30 minutes and been stuck on queue since. I even reinstalled and nothing. My friend also on ps5 played all day fine after getting dc’d.
Hi, im on playstation 5 trying to play Diablo IV beta, when it launched I was able to create my char and played for 5 minutes, then got disconnected and can’t access it anymore. Im 8 hours in trying to get into game, been in queue for 8 hours, countdown timer of queue ended but still not able to get in the game, it just says Queue…
Im extremely tired and frustrated. I think something went wrong with the first disconnect and we that can’t access again got stuck there somehow, cause when queue ends we don’t get into the game … im trying this for hourssssss. I have also reinstalled the game, change dns , restart network. nothing helped. Still there looking at the “Queue…”
And im afraid we that have this problem will not play for the whole weekend, maybe if they restart the server so our account can unstuck or something like that. I don’t know
This experience has been awful. Everytime I move it freezes and I have to start over. Can’t play this whole time nevermind get my partner in to do co-op. Great vacation days, getting mad instead of being able to relax playing a game with my spouse. Worth the pre-sale.
