And we don’t have a support page to send message to blizzard like pc have, we got just here, but don’t know if they will look into our problems now

Sounds like exactly what happened to me, I think we’re stuck after the timed queue due to earlier crash during gameplay.

Will you confirm if you actually get in? Timer means nothing if we get second “queued” for eternity.

Ya confirmed in another thread, other PS5 user who played earlier but didn’t crash got through queue just fine, only short ~1 minute for the second “queued”.
I’ve spent 1-3 hours in it before giving up since my crash after about 10 mins of play at the start.

Pretty sure from what other players said on the forums is that it’s a corrupt battle net account save file. Or maybe that the characters are all deleted and the queue is trying to find our missing characters or account saves?
Should we try to delete all the files and play again? Has anyone tried that?
I have same issue, was kicked off after trying to trade. The corrupt data makes since but we can’t fix that as it’s on blizzards side.

So I’m doing my own (limited) testing thanks to what people have said here and the thread in the Tech Support forums.
I redeemed another beta code but this time linked it to my PC. Same battle.net account, of course. Downloaded the beta on PC and started the login process. Got stuck on “Queued…” for a couple minutes, but I got through. I moved my character from where he was (the main town, I forget its name) and now trying to get back in on PS5. Sadly, about a 20 minute queue according to the what the screen says, but at least it’s a bit more information than we maybe had before.
And now, I’m in on PS5. Logging in on PC and then back on PS5 seemed to solve the issue. Crazy.

Same problem here and as what’s being talked about in the console forum. Seems to be an issue where if you logged in right at launch and got DCed you are unable to log back in. Waited for 9 hours today trying to get in. Each time I got through the timed queue just to get stopped at ‘Queued…’. One of the times I was at ‘Queued…’ was for six hours due to Blizzard’s messaging about staying in queue no matter what before deciding to restart the program. PS5 user. Highly suggest you look at the thread in the console forum as people there have some ideas as to what’s going on based on previous issues with other games.

Im also experiencing the same issue its infuriating
I tried doing that with ps4 but it was same issue as ps5 could be a issue with cross progression all together
Oh, I looked there and that’s how I started doing my own troubleshooting. After being in the same spot as everyone else stuck at “Queued…” indefinitely, that’s when I decided to use another beta code with my same bnet account but this time link it to PC. Got in there just fine and after I was able to log in on PC, I logged out there and gave PS5 another shot. That’s what “unstuck” me from that never ending “Queued…” message (I think the longest I waited on that message was 2 hours). I’m not sure if it will help others, but it worked for me.
Maybe it can’t be in the same platform family? Like maybe going from PS5 to Series X would work? Since then you’re not using your same PSN ID. Unless it’s ridiculous timing (which I couldn’t imagine), it just seemed to work for me going PS5 to PC then back to PS5.
Same issue here. Logged in at the start 9am created a character and it wasn’t letting me into the game so I restarted the game. Been trying to get in 12 hours now. When the timer reaches 0, I get the queued message and never let in. Not sure what to do.

I have the same issue, people have said its related to being hardkicked from the game and seeing my character deleted. That happened to me 20 minutes after launch, I havent been able to log in since. My que timer says 2 minutes and then i sit in Queued for over 2 hours.
