PS5 - Missing Claimed Battle Pass Reward - Awoken Marrow Boots (Tier 60 Reward)

Hi Support,

I am missing a Battle Pass reward that shows as claimed - Awoken Marrow Boots (Tier 60 Reward)

I am on a PS5 and have completed and claimed all 90 rewards, they all have the green check mark on them, even the Awoken Marrow Boots (tier 60 reward). However, after painstakingly validating if all 90 rewards were available, across all 5 classes, only the Awoken Marrow Boots (tier 60 reward) was not in the wardrobe.

Addtional details:

  • I only have one (1) PSN account and one (1) battle net account.
  • I have never unlinked or linked a different battle net account with my PSN account.
  • Main character: Morgana - Level 100 Sorcerer (Season 2)
  • Confirmed that Awoken Marrow Boots (tier 60 reward) has been claimed and that it is supports all classes
  • I am trying to apply the Awoken Marrow Boots (tier 60 reward) to a set of Esu’s Heirloom, although I have tried this on different boots on all 5 classes.
  • The Awoken Marrow Boots (tier 60 reward) is not an option to select in the wardrobe. I’ve checked all classes with a number of boots and it’s never an option.
  • I have successfully applied the Borgans cosmetic, as well as other cosmetics, to the Esu’s Heirloom.
  • I have confirmed that I could not see the Awoken Marrow Boots (tier 60 reward) in the wardrobe on all 5 classes.

How can I get this claimed but missing Battle Pass Reward restored on my account?

Your troubleshooting list is excellent and exactly what QA needs to locate and evaluate potential bugs. If this is a bug, then it will get fixed when it is fixed for all accounts in a patch. The way to report bugs is to post this (or move your thread) to the Console Bug Report forum.

This thread seems like some others also have similar issues.

Blizzard does not provide individual account assistance for Diablo games (or any others besides WoW) for in-game issues. They only provide that for very limited issues in WoW.

Tech Support, is for getting the game running on your platform, and resolving crashing issue. They don’t handle Bug Reports.

To move your thread to Bug Reports, select the edit button on your post (pencil icon). Then use the drop down list to change the forum selection from Tech Support to Bug Report.

QA does not usually reply, but that is how to report something you think is bugged.

Hello,In the season premium pass I passed level 87 but they didn’t give me the item, although it shows that I took it (Xbox platform)
