I’m having same problem on Xbox one can pass UNTAMED THICKET I WSH THEY WOULD FIX THIS. IM STUCK HERE KEEPS FREEZING.

Same issue here. Ps5 Lvl 34 barb. Tried the fixes. None successful. Really disappointing that this is happening on a main quest. I work 12 hours a day during the week so i dont want to be wasting my time trying to work around a bug. Its been nearly 3 weeks now since others have reported this issue. Need some communication on whether this issue is being addressed. Unreal that they are testing seasonal content when there are still game breaking bugs like this exisiting.

I’m on the PS5 and I could not enter the Untamed Thicket dungeon.
It just freezes and I have to restart the game.
After 6 restarts this method worked for me below.
- Disabled crossplay and crossplay communication in the main menu.
- Logged back in and ported to Kyovashad
- I tried the Tier switching method, in my case I switched from Tier 1 to Tier 2 at the World Tier statue at Kyovashad.
- Then I switched it back to Tier 1.
- I then ported back to Tirmair and made my way back to the Untamed Thicket dungeon entrance and it let me in.
On PS4 playing Necromancer got in after i killed my skeletons. Maybe it works, maybe it was luck…

I tried this a few times and did not work for me.
This has been reported 22 days ago. How is it not fixed by now?! Ive tried every suggestion ive seen here, on reddit, and elsewhere. Makes me want to delete the game if that’s the kind of support we are gonna get.

I have tried all troubleshooting detailed here with no success and it’s put me at a full stop. This needs to be fixed immediately. It was bad enough I was never able to log in during the beta and server slams, after paying extra to do so. Now I can’t even play.
