Hey Diablo Dev Team,
I assume there will be a lot of those coming so here’s my feedback after whole weekend PS5 run and completing 90% of what beta has to offer. Generally speaking, the game is great and can’t wait to waste my life playing it starting June 2nd but:

Inventory management is a step backwards compared to ring utility tool from D3 or recent D2R. It took a while to learn how to swap particular ring or particular one handed weapon (by default it swaps your main one hand or top ring). It’s frustrating having to compare the item, then hold button to compare it with another slot and then, finally equip it - not fun. Even though I know how to do it now, I’m frustrated when I think about it.

Skill tree design has zero functionality on console. Call it personal preference but it should be smaller/more compact and quicker to navigate.

I don’t like hot bar and life/resource positioning and design being different layout than PC. Why? Not everybody will couch coop this game and having it to the left is bothering me. At least give us option to choose centered hot bar like on PC?

Arsenal system for barb - choosing which weapon to use with which skill was tricky to get into. Once you find it, you got it but I wouldn’t call it easily accessible. Call me dumb but I had to google it.

Generally speaking, UI looks out of place compared to the rest of the style of the game. Simple, square windows etc isn’t fitting. It looks cheap, rushed… just like a mobile game.

Give us option to manually move items in the inventory instead of auto sorting option only. Small thing but probably doable, right?

Personal stash is too far away from the portal. Silly opinion I know but running to the stash to deposit gems and items is a real chore in this game.

It would be helpful to know what potential results I may get from re-rolling stats on the gear (same as D3).
To summarize, I love the game and can’t wait for June but the the UI is terrible.
