The S5 update looks to have introduced the ability to see the pinned paths of others in a coop group on the minimap. While I do like the new functionality, all paths, including my own, have become very difficult to see.
In single player, the path is a distinct, deep red line. Once you join a group, however, the path color changes to a lighter variation of the player’s marker color and the path lines seem a bit thinner. The combination of light colors and thin lines make it quite hard to see on the minimap.
My wife plays on XBOX and I on PC. It is not as bad for me, but both of us can barely make out the pathing on the TV, and it blends in completely on many areas of the map. She is constantly having to open the full map to see which way to go. It’s even worse when we both have pins and our paths overlap, because the path color changes to white. She had to turn off her ability to see my path in order to have any chance of seeing anything at all.

Same problem here but we do coop on the xbox and cant see the pin paths at all…no idea why they changed it when it was working fine before season 5. Hopefully there is a fix or add a setting so we can set it back to the way it was

I 100% second this! I can no longer rely on the mini map (or the pinned path on the big map) when navigating to a pinned location.
When on a team with one other player, it’s a thin, light yellow and thin, light blue line on a beige map, which makes it almost impossible to see when playing on Xbox/PC. Oddly, the dots which show the last few steps a character took are in a more distinct color.
I hope Blizzard can adjust the path colors to darker colors and potentially thicker lines.

I agree. Really hope there is a fix soon. Maybe even let us chose color or density.

Absolutely invisible when playing couch co-op with my partner on PS5 last night. It was making things a nightmare trying to find our way places.

Blizzard, please fix this. You literally can’t see your pinned path at all playing co-op. And give us the option of changing the co-op marker colors and not all this highlight BS that no one gives a _____ about. Thank you.
