Obducite not dropping at all

No obducite is dropping for me. Stuck at 21 in stash. Doing Nmd to find it. Got rid of the pet. Still no drops. Did a level 25 pit to test it. None dropped. Bug ? Work around ?

NMD and infernal hordes material chest. Dont rush nmds to the end. Clear the stuff on the way.

Those Mats don’t drop in pit anyway.

But yeah, I sometimes get that issue in N/M Dungeons.

Not a bug.

This season they changed it so Obducite drops from Nightmare Dungeons instead of the Pit.
Now the Pit levels your glyphs instead of Nightmare Dungeons.

Thanks for the replies.

They no longer drop in Nmd for me. I tried spending 10 of the 21 to nudge the dynamic. No luck.

60 did drop out of a seasonal reward cache. I just did another Nmd but no drops. That’s about 10 now without a drop. I’ll report but if I’m the only one with the problem doesn’t make a lot of sense.

You have to cast the Nightmare Dungeon with a key to get obductite. Kill everything in dungeon, you will see it dribble out in 2s and 3s.

I have gotten them in NMD just recently so possibly a bug, I would restart.
I am on Seasonal.
Are you on Eternal or Seasonal? Could be an environment issue.

T1? Have to be able to use NMD Sigils. Not sure you can use them below T1.

Hey Shogun, you’re right. I tried a NMD with a key after reading your post. That run gave up 900 obducites. So that was the reason. Amazing.

i had been running them without keys for a couple of reasons, especially as I was trying to max out to level 5 in each area.

They made changes when VoH was released (S6). Pit is now for glyphs leveling. Obducite comes from multiple locations. The trigger/requirement is being on a level 60 character.

  1. NMD. Any difficulty, Higher difficulty adds to the amount you’ll gain. Opening chests, killing elites, doing events, and killing the boss. So a full clear will net the most.

  2. Inferno Hordes. Which dose requires torment difficulty to do.

  3. The Den Shop. Merc Pale Marks currency

Then you were running NORMAL dungeons. Nightmare requires the keys.

Because they take breaks and come back a few seasons later?

How dare people be new or take extended breaks? This isnt some PoE halfway house!!!

To clarify: I was running dungeons in T4. Sometimes I ran to the dungeon and sometimes I used a key. One reason I ran to the dungeon was I wanted to complete the dungeon and didn’t have a key, e.g. to get an aspect. Sure, you can wait for a key to get the Aspect or 40 points if you want to.

Obducite only drops in a dungeon in T4 you enter with a key not one you run to. You get dungeon completion credit, experience, and drops from dungeons you run to but no obducite. Thanks to Shogun pointing this out,I now use keys if I want obducite.

There are some differences like you can transport to the key dungeon or in some cases get 30% more gold.

No I honestly feel this was someone trolling. Obducite has been only in Hordes and NM dungeons for a couple seasons now.
