Need time to make sure launch is at the exact same time

@Adjustment and Delay to Vessel of Hatred Launch Start Time

We are still expecting Vessel of Hatred to launch this evening, but we will need some additional time to ensure we have every player start at the exact same time across all platforms.

This makes absolutely zero sense. They cancelled the launch when most of us would have started at the exact same time, and now have changed the launch to happen when no one will start at the exact same time.
