This game needs more and better storage. The current system is woefully ill-equipped to handle the game in its current state. Why does d4 have half as much storage as d3, but then requires you to hoard everything? Need to hoard aspects, legendaries, rares, sigils, uniques, gems, elixirs. Inventory management is the least liked part of any game, and it looks like Blizzard put zero effort into it.

if im not mistaking d3 released with 3 or 4 tabs and you could unlock a extra 5 or so with seasons
and also had some with reaper of souls
and we had inventory tetris

also update on gem storage comes in season 2 or was it 1 i think
Wtf “was you saying”? You clearly did not actually read my post. The amount of stash tabs isn’t inherently the problem, it’s the game surrounding them that renders the quantity at our disposal inadequate. It’s the hoarding of rares, legendaries, and aspects that is the problem.

we used to balance potions all dropped loot and something called charms in d2 (wich gave stat bonusses)
all in 1 tab probably the size of what we have now

I don’t even have a tab full yet in my stash out of the 4 (or is there 5?). Other than high roll affixes, I sell or salvage everything that drops, and I haven’t really run into any issues with my character storage yet.
I wonder what everyone is saving.

Correct, Diablo 1 and 2 were completely different games.
You cannot compare them to D4 simply because they’re in the same universe and franchise. Diablo 4 is designed around extracting aspects and keeping them to progress your gear. Once you imprint an aspect, it’s gone and you cannot upgrade that slot of gear again, even if you have a superior item, unless you have an aspect to go on it. So you must store them.
It is not an accurate comparison. Just because you have played older games does not mean we “Don’t know how good we have it.” I’m in my 30’s. I played the same games as you. The simple fact is, many of us want more storage space and that is enough for us to request that it be implemented.

D3 had less consumibles and pretty much didn’t have inventory Tetris, as pretty much everything was taking 2 vertical squares.

and about the storage space i agree also and again i dont start to scream or complain or yell because i know almost sure we will get inventory spaces during seasons (as rewards for season journet or such like in d3)
we had a litle tetris tho with the 2h weapns rings belts armors being difrent probly forgettng something
