Necromancer: Paragon Legendary "Cult Leader" Node Bug?

It’s also bugged vise versa: character receives no bonus from minion.

Necromancer Paragon Borrowed Strength node is broken, along with all minions progression

First of all, this is NOT a duplicate of this one, but it’s related: Old bug is about nodes don’t influence Minions damage and life, this one is about node Borrowed Strength and similar ones: when Golem active my damage should improve and it does not. No effect at all. That is very frustrating. Someone at the company clearly doesn’t like the Necromancer. Or is it same for other characters too? I am sure most people just select nodes by description but do not recheck stats/do battle comparison…
