I also have GHub. I’ve never been banned. I am however a bit afraid to look at the macro functions. AFAIK, GHub is the only way to configure a Logitech mouse or keyboard.
I haven’t played in a few weeks, but I’m going to install today and login to see if I’m banned, then uninstall again so I don’t have any chance of getting banned because of other players actions.
I didn’t read all the responses but one of the community folks (green text) said to appeal to D3 and state it’s for D4 as the D4 appeal system is broken.

Jokes aside it seems a handful of players are getting auto-banned for crashing so my advice would be just don’t play the game at all.
1, Ever tried to bypass the AFK timer so you can farm items , gold while you’re away? ------ 3rd party software, tape on controller or mouse macros it doesn’t matter, as long as you tried to bypass the AFK timer.
2, Ever brought any gold or items using real money? ----- Those people can be tracked by blizz and anyone who traded with them could get hit by the ban wave.
3, Got any dodgy friends who recently gave you heaps of gold or items? Or took you on an illicit exploit run ? ----- he could be a mule who recently took part in gold laundering, and you became the scrapegoat .
4, Where did you get the game ? ----- If you got it from shady dealers who ‘got their games cheap from another country’ , they could be criminals who hack credit cards and your license could become illicit and revoked by blizz.
same here plus im on a not so good wifi that loose the signal every now and then so i got punished for having a bad wifi signal
They better unban you. There aren’t many like you around.

In the same boat here I just got hit with a random ban for “exploiting”. Not sure what I could have done…but haven’t gotten a reply yet with multiple tickets submitted.
It appears they are now banning people if they get randomly disconnected from the game.
Apparently not having 100% stable Internet goes against their terms of service.

It’s bizarre. My second appeal is still in and hasn’t been closed yet so hopefully someone is looking into it and can clear this up. I’d like my account unbanned as i didn’t do anything wrong.
You probably had too much fun.
Fun is not allowed and will get you banned.

Blizzard hates the people it makes games for. I can think of no other reason. SO, if you find out; let me know please.

Second appeal denied saying the decision is upheld and nothing else will be reviewed. No information provided on what I did exactly. It took them 2 days to write me 1 line.

There are sure a lot of these posts here, and, well, literally everywhere across the internet and I’m starting to think these bans are not legit and Blizzard’s internal teams simple haven’t a clue what they’re doing.
Perhaps the false positives are of their own implementation and team 49 has no clue what team 51 is doing and every department is out of sync what every other department.
It’s probably something easily catchable like: team 32 implemented Game Integration for keyboard lighting effects to work with Corsair keyboard and mouse but the “security team” didn’t get the memo so anyone with a certain keyboard simply gets banned.
That seems more likely what is happening.
