I believe that as well. I am fully prepared to not actually have my tickets reviewed and thus not have my ban overturned until at least the 3rd or 4th ticket. The first one will almost 100% come back denied having been “reviewed” by the same automated program that triggered the ban in the first place.

I’m honestly not the most computer savvy so i couldn’t tell you if i do exactly. I don’t think i do, not exactly sure what you mean by ghub though.
I will continue to appeal it even if it gets denied though, thanks for all the help/heads up.
Ghub is just the software that comes with logitech gaming mice and keyboards (I think keyboards, mine came with my g502 hero mouse) that allows you to bind mouse buttons to different keys, useful to put most of your abilities on your 6 button mouse.
I run OBS to record a lot, I have never had an issue yet. Which software were you running to record?
Just curious, for what purpose do people record?
If all else fails go to reddit ive seen people get over turns there might be worth making a post someone will help you.
Also you can appeal on any game on battle net try using wows to do live chat so you can be told why it happend and maybe get further assistances there.
Also blizzard pretty cringe people need to jump through so many hoops to be told these things of what they did wrong i miss older gaming companies where you did some dumb stuff there they are with a screen shot and a exact reason why you where gone.

There are a lot of reasons.
The big one being if you post your gameplay or stream it.
I use recorded gameplay also to see damage numbers sometimes, but mostly just to make funny videos for friends or to show something in game.

I found razer chroma sdk on my comp i don’t know if that matters.
Isn’t that just the color lightson your razer mouse/keyboard? I have the same and I’ve never been banned. I doubt that would cause a problem.
Similar to ghub for logitech it does control the RGB but likely also controls your assignments of keys on your gaming mouse or keyboard. And also likely allows you to create macros on those keys. Most gaming keyboards have “macro”" keys and those have to be set via that software. Which can then trigger anti cheat software.
This one is tricky. I have this software for my logitech steering wheel. And that is the only time I let it run, if I am playing F1 or some rally racer.
This software has the ability to remove recoil and a few other things which in FPS games, is a big NO NO. If you are not using those features you should be fine. But I have seen people accusing some of the bigger streamers of using this.
I don’t need it for my KB or mouse so I just turn it off when it is not absolutely needed.
If you don’t use macros for the game you are playing you should be fine though.
I have had synapse with marcos for non game stuff, but my profile for OW had no macros.
Over 4000+ hours in OW and never had an issue with Warden (or EasyAnticheat or Battle Eye in other games),
On a 6 button mouse those extra have no assignments unless you assign via the software - like button 5 right does nothing unless you assign it to say “tilde” - then in a game you assign “zoom in” to tilde - which is pressed via button 5 right on your mouse. This is not at all cheating but it is done with same software that can be used to create a macro or sequence.

Button assignment should be fine, Just don’t map multiple buttons to one button press.
I think you are correct - I was just banned myself for “exploitation” and have done nothing but do use ghub, so I asked for that reason. To rule out the possibility.
I would keep appealing it then, if you did nothing else but map buttons.
Mistakes can happen, and it is the software for your mouse.
Even the no recoil stuff, is just people crying about it, I don’t know if any game has actioned that yet.
The bigger named companies sometimes release features they think are helpful…but can be seen otherwise by the game company.
For example Asus has something called Sonic Radar. It is made for the hearing impaired. Gives a visual representation of audible sounds, like radar. But in shooters radar is a cheat. It just comes with the Armory Core or something, I made sure to remove it. Not sure if it triggers anything but why risk it?
That is built on overwolf …maybe false triggering due to the claims the mobalytics app triggers the Warden also. I don’t know for sure. You can ask them, about it.
