Missing Chapter 3 reward Strips and Points Mount Armor

I’m 50% into the season journey and the objectives are bugged: Potent Vows, In Agreement, Fully Avowed.

Didn’t get Strips and points mount armor.

Tried a couple of things but nothing works. If anything else changes I’ll update.

I also got a bug in the character selection screen like I’ve completed the beta again. Then had to restart the game so I could login with a character (like a license issue maybe).

Also had a couple of crashes when the season started plus the game gets stuck when opening menus.

Does this mean we could fix our problems by creating a new character and playing the season again. Since it says: Season Journey progress acquired prior to the release of this fix will not apply retroactively…?

After claiming the chapter 3 rewards I’m missing the Strips and Points Mount Armor. It doesn’t show up in the inventory nor stable master.

just accepted the 3rd reward in D4 - season journey, then i didnt recieve it. dont have armor, aspects, cashe or the favor. got some error

Can confirm, just finished chapter 3 about 10min ago.
No mount armor.

Same thing happened to me, every time blizzard fixes one thing they break something else.

Still Broken. Sitting at 24+ hours since “fix” was deployed. May need to run that job again or make sure the devs didn’t missSomeCurrlyBrackets.

Missing Mount, Armor and the lvl 89 battlepass Helmet transmog. :frowning:

Edit: nvm got the helmet, had to fully close the game and relaunch.

Same thing happened to me too, I completed chapter 3 rewards on season journey but I don’t have the mount armor.

also didnt get Strips and Points mount armor. claimed part3 about an hour ago.

As of now my wife and I have yet to see this reward show up at the stable. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

whatever fix they did before, did not fix this issue

Check your stable, the mount and the armor showed up today so they must of fixed something on the backend.
