Same here, i saw a link Strips and Points - Item - Diablo 4 (wowhead.com) showing req lvl 61 but I’m 61 and still doesn’t show up…at least this isn’t affecting too many ppl…

They are class specific so you only see the 3 that you can use

comleted season chapter 3. No horse armore for me too

Same thing here. No armor after unlocking chapter 3 rewards. I wonder if we received favor for the completion.

Ditto. No error code, just didn’t get it.

It shows as ‘claimed’ in the seasonal tab.
I’ve relogged, still nothing.

I have the same issue - I completed Chapter 3 Season 2 and did not receive the Mount armor, “Strips and Points”. Can’t even be sure I received the cache item either as I had other items in inventory already. But the mount amor is not available at the stable.
