to enjoy the game i would need to be able to bind left and right click on right click only. wich is basic and core skill. then im ok with 1-2-3-4 as my other skill key bind then 5 potion. i cant physically press my potion at the same time of my cc dispell exemple doing attact at the same time. a macro would fix my probleme. exemple of a macro i need. when i press right click it does left click for my basic then when i press again its a core skill. so i would do R=L R=R+R+R then again R=L+L+R+R+R+L+R

They can be. Ultimately, itâs up to Blizzard to decide where they draw the line with macros. There have been some posts in other Blizzard games over the years on this topic and they have a pretty blurry line between what is bannable and what isnât.
Your safest bet is to not use them at all, unless you want to risk being banned.

This is what I was going to recommend, I use one with 12 buttons on the side that my thumb presses. I used to think they were wonky, but once you get used to it, itâs hard to go back to a normal mouse lol. I find myself mapping those thumb buttons in nearly every game I play now, not just mmos.
But reading further it sounds like heâs not actually looking for a solution, his âone handâ story doesnât hold up. He wants his right click to do a bunch of basic and core attacks with just one click. Thatâs not going to fly.
You can make one-button macros within the game in WoW where one key press = multiple actions, so. I think youâre wrong with that one.
im not wrong you can rush and use combo of skill pressing one buton
Also canât in WoW. All Blizzard games are monitored by their Warden program which runs in the background alongside all their apps and games.

Those are macros running inside Blizzardâs sandbox and one button press will execute one skill thatâs on the GCD, but you can add in as many off-GCD skills as you want, like most trinkets.

Did PoE ever ban for using AHK? I remember using it years ago to spam pots, but would never try it with Blizz games. The banhammer would be swift.

It seems to me like a lot of people have come and answered your question. It also seems to me like you do not like their responses to your question. Unfortunately Blizzard is very clear on this point. You may use 1 key press to do 1 action in game. If you had a mouse with 8 mappable buttons, you could map every skill, and dodge and potion to it. If you want to use a macro to push both left and right mouse button, this would break the EULA and your account could be banned. Hope your wrist gets batter so you can continue to enjoy the game. In the mean time you can look into the foot pedals people have been posting. It is my understanding they work great.

The end all be all of this thread is Blizzard cannot check the validity of claims such as the one presented here. They must have over arching rules that cover these situations. The EULA is clear. 1 key press = 1 action.
