At this point, im just bitter. Still coded 315506
I have updated my post as there was some confusion with it:
but is it so hard to solve?
one pays more for not getting what he paid for.
Do you plan to unlock it for us too tonight since even those who have not paid 20 euros more will be able to play with it?? SOLVE!!!
Pretty sure I figured out the issue. Just follow me here guys.
- Blizzard releases Early Access but their authentication servers aren’t setup correctly for console users. Prompting a update to the authentication servers like a day later.
- update causes connectivity issues prompting a hot fix for all platforms.
- hot fix causes authentication servers to go into verification mode. Prompting Bnet account login from Diablo 4 main menu.
- because of the original authentication server issue from launch console users where assigned a generic bnet account randomly created by Diablo 4.
- Authentication Servers going into verification mode causes console users to link existing or creat new bnet accounts.
- bnet accounts do not match previously verified bnet account on launch. Generating a licensing issue inside their authentication servers.
- “ Unable to Verify Licensing Information Error Code 315306 “
I’m looking forward, to 0 metacritic on mine, and 20 other mine accounts. due to corrupted 315306 early access.
do not blame your problems on Sony, first of all I buy your product. Sony is YOUR partner. It is up to you to solve problems between partner companies. NOT ME
LMAO!! I guess imitation is the best form of flattery. At least you removed the slow Clap part I had put on it so it would seem legit.
Your answer seemed correct to me, so I copied and pasted it, I did not mean to do it with bad intentions, I apologize.

I didn’t mean it in a bad sense. I meant it in a flattery response
The more we let ‘em know we know they messed up the less they can copy paste that same BS. Oh hey your logged into the wrong Battle.net account. Lol yeah cuz you guys created me a fictions one
So there an Outlook when they are going to fix it?
I think the problem will be solved tonight when the official version comes out. Maybe it will be solved by buying the game again with the updated batllenet account?

They created a generic Battle.net for console users upon first log in. I will not be buying another copy because of their mistake. If that’s the only way to get it fixed they can provide me $100 psn card or I will be disputing the transaction via bank, GameStop, and Sony. At that point I’d have to agree with a class action statement someone else said before.
There’s seriously no way to move the license from a bnet account that’s outrageous. My husband owns two copies of the game now and neither side wants to help out. A warning before linking your account forever would have been nice. We even un-linked the PS5 account from his battlenet account before ever starting the game up!
you got it working now?
Well I didn’t still no valid license. Tried everything. Support doesnt respond. Really annoying.
Restore license on all ps4 accounts, only keep the diablo account activated, restart ps4. download a free ps plus game, and try opening diablo thats what i did.
ma ci vuole cosi tanto? Miliardari e non riuscite a risolvere un problema del genere?
Hey all,
I reckon if everyone who pre-ordered bands together on this in the form of legal action the people who pre-ordered can at least get some form of compensation. It should NEVER be resolved by spending more money to make a game that should work to … work.
I am still amazed that the last “official” update was over 24h ago. This also has me worried for the people on Playstation who want to play after the official release in less than half a day.
Good luck everyone on trying to get your compensation.
Below is a summary of my recent speculations on the causes and possible solutions for the issue of “315306 License Not Found” based on my experiences and discussions on forums. I hope this can serve as a reference for everyone, including Blizzard.
-
When purchasing a PSN game without linking it to a Battle.net account, binding the Battle.net account after opening the game can result in the license not being recognized due to verification permission issues between PSN and Battle.net. The solution is to purchase Platinum Coins. This way, the data will be synchronized between your PSN and Battle.net accounts, resolving the issue.
-
When purchasing a game with a PSN account already linked to Battle.net, opening the game triggers a permission verification process. It is speculated that the verification is based on PSN confirming the authorization and sending it to the linked Battle.net account, marking it as authorized. In this case, you can directly play the game. However, if you mistakenly link the wrong Battle.net account and attempt to unlink and rebind it, the affected PSN account will be unable to access the game. This requires Blizzard to provide a solution.
-
Similarly, when logging into the game with a different PSN account on the same console, the game cannot be accessed because this PSN account hasn’t undergone the aforementioned verification process. The solution is to log in with the PSN account used to purchase the game, invite the other PSN account, and then log out of the purchasing PSN account.
I have had the second problem, do you mean that tonight it will not work for me either?
